Q.1 0 998 <br /> <br />ORIGI i ,,',:" <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT FOR THE PROVISION OF SIDEWALK REPAIR AND TREE <br />REPLACEMENT SERVICES BY REDWOOD CITY TO AMPEX <br />CORPORATION, REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA, PURSUANT TO 1989 <br />SIDEWALK REPAIR AND TREE PROGRAM <br /> <br />MAR 1 0 ;989 <br /> <br />WHEREAS; As part of its 1989 Sidewalk Repair and Tree <br /> <br />Program, the City of Redwood City provides, through its <br /> <br />contractor, WHITESIDE CONSTRUCTION, San Rafael, California, for <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />the repair of sidewalks and tree replacement within city limits; <br /> <br />Redwood City provide sidewalk repair and tree replacement <br /> <br />WHEREAS; Ampex Corporation has requested that the City of <br /> <br />headquarters; and <br /> <br />services for certain sidewalks in the vicinity of its corporate <br /> <br />WHEREAS; In consideration for the immediate commencement of <br /> <br />through its Contractor, upon the approval and execution of that <br /> <br />such sidewalk repair and tree replacement services by City, <br /> <br />certain Agreement entitled "SIDEWALK REPAIR AND TREE REPLACEMENT <br /> <br />Corporation has agreed to pay half of the costs for these <br /> <br />SERVICES - AMPEX CORPORATION, REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA", Ampex <br /> <br />services; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS; This Council desires to approve and authorize the <br /> <br />of Redwood City; <br /> <br />execution of the above described agreement on behalf of the City <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />10998 <br />
