The City Manager of the City of Redwood City is authorized to submit a <br />grant proposal to the Coastal Conservancy for the addition and improvement of <br />Bay Trail within the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> 2. The City Manager of the City of Redwood City is authorized to enter <br />into a contract with the Coastal Conservancy (in a form acceptable to the City <br />Attorney) for the purpose of fulfilling and implementing the goal of the Grant. <br /> <br /> 3.
