<br />DAS:mmg 3/2/89 (#23/092) <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />1 99 SORIGINAL <br />U MAR - 6 1989 <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AND <br />CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS RELATING TO <br />ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES FOR WATER STORAGE RESERVOIR No. <br />2 AT REDWOOD SHORES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City plans to construct a new water storage <br /> <br />reservoir at Redwood Shores; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City desires to engage Construction Management <br /> <br />Systems for certain administrative services, including but not <br /> <br />limited to, monitoring and reviewing payroll documentation, <br /> <br />reviewing all records and documentation pertaining to "prevailing <br /> <br />wages", <br /> <br />verifying <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />monitoring <br /> <br />compliance <br /> <br />with <br /> <br />state <br /> <br />apprenticeship requirements, verifying classification or type of <br /> <br />workers, and performing on site interviews; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Construction Management Systems has represented to <br /> <br />Ci ty that it is uniquely qualified and experienced to perform <br /> <br />those services; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement by and between the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City and entitled "Agreement - Administrative Services For <br /> <br />Redwood Shores Water Storage Reservoir No.2", (form dated <br /> <br />3/2/89), a copy of which is on file in the office of the City <br /> <br />Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for full <br /> <br />particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the City Manager is <br /> <br />hereby authorized and directed to execute said agreement for and <br /> <br />on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />10995 <br />
