Company, Costa Mesa, <br /> <br />California, has requested that an amended final map be approved <br /> <br />and accepted, which map is in compliance with the provisions of <br /> <br />the Subdivision Map Act; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain amended final map of Lakeshore Townhomes No. 1 <br /> <br />Subdivision, entitled "Amended Map of Lakeshore Townhomes No. 1 <br /> <br />Condominium Plan," is approved and accepted subject to the <br /> <br />conditions as described in the aforementioned Resolution No. <br /> <br />10815. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />1098b <br />
