<br />MJP:m~~ 2/9/89 (#23/080) <br /> <br />agrees and consents to pay approximately Eighty Thousand and <br />No/100 Dollars ($80,000.00) including contract change orders and <br />other incidentals and overhead expenses incurred by County (said <br />incidental and overhead expenses shall not exceed six percent <br />(6%) of the construction and change order costs incurred by <br />County for resurfacing Cordilleras Road within the City of <br />Redwood City unless authorized by City in writing), with <br />additional expenditures over Eighty Thousand Dollars ($80,000.00) <br />to be apprvoed by motion of the City Council; and <br />WHEREAS, the agreement describing the responsibilities of <br />the City and County of San Mateo has been presented to this <br />Council for its approval; <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br />That the agreement by and between the City of Redwood City <br />and the County of San Mateo, a copy which is attached hereto as <br />Exhibit "B" and is presently on file in the office of the City <br />Clerk, to which copy reference is made for the full particulars <br />concerning the terms and conditions thereof, is hereby approved; <br />and the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute the <br />same for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br />1098H <br />
