The County shall indemnify and save harmless the City <br />from all claims or actions brought on account of injuries to or <br />death of any person or damage to property of any kind resulting <br />from the performance of the work required by this Agreement. <br />This provision shall not apply to injuries or damage for which a <br />court of competent jurisdiction has found the City to be solely <br />liable by reason of its own negligence or willful misconduct. <br />7.
