<br />DES:o~~ 02/03/89 (029/24) <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. This Council hereby declares and affirms that it has <br />reviewed said plan and hereby specifically expresses it <br />concurrence in the following: (a) the objectives set forth in the <br />plan; (b) the method and organization for implementation of the <br />programs contained in the plan; (c) the procedures for financing <br />the recommended solid waste management program, and (d) the role <br />identified in the plan for this City in implementing the <br />cooperative effort for management of solid waste in an economical <br />and environmentally acceptable manner expressed in said plan. <br />2. This Council hereby approves the Solid Waste Management <br />Plan for San Mateo County, 1989 Edition, a copy of which is on <br />file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is <br />made for the full particulars thereof. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br />10983 <br />
