<br />MJP:~~ 2/1/89 (#23/071) <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE: <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. The Council of the City of Redwood City finds that the <br />hereinafter described non access restriction is unnecessary for <br />present or prospective public purposes and hereby orders said non <br />access restriction vacated. <br />2. The non access restriction to be vacated was <br />established by and designated on that certain map entitled <br />"Sandpiper Subdivision Unit #1", recorded in Vol. 113 of <br />Subdivision Maps, at pages 43-45, San Mateo County Records, as <br />shown on the attached plat in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and <br />incorporated herein by reference. <br />3.
