<br />DAS:mm~ 1/31/89 (#23/069) <br /> <br />10974 <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />OWGJNAL <br />FEB 6 <br /> <br />1989 <br /> <br />---------- <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO VACATE SLOPE EASEMENT ALONG <br />A PART OF THE JEFFERSON AVENUE FRONTAGE IN THE CIRRUS <br />ESTATES SUBDIVISION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Community Development Director has advised this <br /> <br />Council that the hereinafter described slope easement is no <br /> <br />longer necessary or needed for public municipal purposes; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the slope easement which is no longer necessary or <br /> <br />needed for public municipal purposes is designated in that deed <br /> <br />to the City of Redwood City recorded under Document #33246-Y, <br /> <br />Reel 4924 at image 576, Official Records of San Mateo County, <br /> <br />State of California, on April l, 1965; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Redwood City intends to <br /> <br />vacate said slope easement pursuant to the provisions of Part 3 <br /> <br />of Division 9 (commencing with Section 8300) of the Streets and <br /> <br />Highways Code; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. The Council of the City of Redwood City hereby declares <br /> <br />its intention to vacate the hereinafter described slope easement <br /> <br />with Section 8300) of the Streets and Highways Code. <br /> <br />pursuant to the provisions of Part 3 of Division 9 (commencing <br /> <br />2.
