DAS:mmg 01/11/89 (#23/060) (d) Before the release of said final map by City for recordation, Owner shall deposit Two Thousand Three Hundred Ten and No/100 Dollars ($2,310.00) for plan checking, engineering, inspection, laboratory and field testing, water supply, and all other applicable fees and charges. Any part of the deposit not utilized by City for payment of its services, shall be returned to the Owner. The Owner understands and agrees that the amount of deposit is an estimate and agrees to pay any additional amount for plan check and inspection services provided by Ci ty wi thin ten (10) days after billing by the City Collector. (e) Before the release of said final map by City for recordation, Owner shall furnish to the City and file with the City Clerk, certificates and policies of public liability and property damage insurance as required by the above-described agreement. 2. Those certain plans entitled "Site Plan with Utilities, Grading & Drainage" and those certain specifications entitled "City Standard Specifications", which plans and specifications are now on file in the office of the City Engineer are hereby approved and adopted as the plans and specifications according to which the abovementioned improvements shall be constructed; and 3. That certain proposed agreement between the City of Redwood City and said Owner, entitled "Agreement for the Improvement of Parcel Map 88-7 (1103 and 1105 Madison Avenue) Subdivision ", a copy of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk and to which reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved and the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute said agreement on behalf of the City of Redwood City. * * * 3 10966
