DES:djk l2/08/88 (003/39) liabili ty and property damage insurance, or a program of self- insurance, which insurance or self-insurance shall be in the following minimum amounts: (a) $l,OOO,OOO for injury or death of anyone person and $1,000,000 for anyone occurrence; (b) Property damage insurance $1,000,000. in the amount of A certificate or certificates evidencing the maintenance of the required insurance or program of self-insurance shall be deposi ted with the City Clerk prior to use hereunder of the Subj ect Premises by Permittee. In addition to the aforesaid certificates, the Permittee shall file with the City Clerk the following endorsements: (a) Endorsement precluding cancellation or reduction in coverage before the expiration of 30 days after City shall have received any notification thereof from the insurance carrier; (b) Endorsement naming the City of Redwood City, its Council, officers, boards, commissions, agents and employees as additional insureds; (c) Standard cross liability endorsement; (d) An endorsement stating that the insurance afforded thereby to City, its Council, officers, boards, commissions, agents, and employees shall be primary insurance to the full limits of the liability of the policy, and that if City, its, Council, officers, boards, commissions, agents, and employees have other insurance against a loss covered by such a policy, such other insurance shall be excess insurance only. 10. ABANDONMENT. In the event that Permittee abandons or fails to use the Subject Premises for a period of one year, or shall fail or neglect or refuse to comply with any of the 4 10947
