<br />MJP:mma l2/l/88 (#23/051) <br /> <br />for the purpose of purchasing the aforesaid vehicle, and to <br /> <br />authorize City Manager to enter into an agreement for the <br /> <br />purchase of said vehicle from Sopp Chevrolet; and <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> <br />l. This Council does hereby authorize the substitution of <br /> <br /> <br />the County of Los Angeles's bidding procedures for those required <br /> <br /> <br />by the City of Redwood City, and does hereby designate the County <br /> <br /> <br />of Los Angeles as the City's agent, for the purpose of <br /> <br /> <br />purchasing, through the outstanding County of Los Angeles <br /> <br />purchase order therefor, one (1) police vehicle from Sopp <br /> <br /> <br />Chevrolet. <br /> <br />2.
