2/1/99 <br /> <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13549 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br /> OF AGREEMENT FOR A SEWER RATE STUDY <br /> <br /> (HILTON, FARNKOPF & HOBSON, LLC) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires the preparation of a sewer <br />rate study for the Redwood City Sanitary Sewer Enterprise and Storm Water <br />Management Program in the City of Redwood City (the "Project"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Hilton, Farnkopf & Hobson, LLC of Fremont, California, <br />represents that it possesses the experience, and is qualified to perform the <br /> <br />aforesaid services required for the Project; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement - Sewer Rate Study" (form <br />dated 01/26/99), by and between the City of Redwood City, a municipal <br />corporation of the State of California, and Hilton, Farnkopf & Hobson, LLC for <br />the performance of the above-mentioned services, a copy of which agreement is <br />on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for <br />the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved and the City Manager and City <br />Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute and to attest thereto, <br />respectively, said agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />Rese-574 1 <br />DES:djk <br />F:/Share~Redwood/Counci <br />01/26/99 <br /> <br /> <br />
