<br />DES:djk 10/18/88 (#009/24) <br /> <br />1 0927 <br /> <br />OCT 2 4 1988 <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />---------- <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 10130 ESTABLISHING <br />SALARY PLAN FOR MANAGEMENT AND CONFIDENTIAL AND CERTAIN <br />OTHER POSITIONS TO ESTABLISH SALARY RATE FOR THE <br />POSITION OF CONFIDENTIAL SECRETARY <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Section 1 of Resolution No. 10130, adopted January 27, <br /> <br />1986, amending Section 1 of Resolution No. 9722, adopted November <br /> <br />5, 1984 is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />"SECTION 1. The monthly salary rates in dollars expressed <br /> <br />as minimum and maximum amounts in Exhibit "A", attached hereto, <br /> <br />and by this reference incorporated herein as if set out if full <br /> <br />herein, are hereby established for each of the employee positions <br /> <br />hereinafter designated relating to management and confidential <br /> <br />assignments and to certain other employment classifications: <br /> <br />City Manager <br />City Clerk <br />Director of Public Works <br />Police Chief <br />Community Development Director <br />Finance Director <br />Park, Recreation and Community Services Director <br />Fire Chief <br />Library Director <br />Human Resources Director <br />General Services Director <br />Assistant City Manager <br />Data Services Manager <br />Assistant Finance Director <br />Assistant to City Manager <br />Senior Accountant - Exempt <br />Personnel Analyst <br />Secretary to City Manager <br />Programmer Analyst <br />Senior Deputy Clerk <br />Administrative Secretary - Exempt <br />Personnel Clerk <br />Telephone Operator/Receptionist <br />Contractual Employee <br /> <br />1 0927 <br />
