0 R I G I N A L 1/25/99 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13547 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br /> OF AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL SURVEY SERVICES <br /> <br /> (J.D. FRANZ RESEARCH) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires professional survey <br />services to be performed in the City of Redwood City (the "Project"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, J.D. Franz Research of Sacramento, California, represents <br /> <br />that it possesses the experience, and is qualified to perform the aforesaid <br /> <br />services required for the Project; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement - Professional Survey <br />Services" (form dated 01/19/99), by and between the City of Redwood City, a <br />municipal corporation of the State of California, and J.D. Franz Research for the <br />performance of the above-mentioned services, a copy of which agreement is on <br />file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for the <br />full particulars thereof, is hereby approved and the City Manager and City Clerk <br />are hereby authorized and directed to execute and to attest thereto, respectively, <br />said agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />Reso-572 1 <br />DES:djk <br />F:/Shared/Redwood/Cou nci <br />01/19/99 <br /> <br /> <br />
