<br />DES:djk 09/14/88 (#001/24) <br /> <br />June 30, 1988) and 1988-1989 (Le., July 1, 1988 - June 30, <br /> <br />1989), and hereby agrees that water usage during said fiscal <br /> <br /> <br />years shall not be used for any purpose in determining permanent <br /> <br />water entitlements to the Suburban Allocable Water. <br /> <br /> <br />2. Except as provided in paragraph 1 hereof, this Council <br /> <br />does hereby agree that Section 7.02 (b) of the Master Agreement <br /> <br />shall remain in full force and effect and shall operate without <br /> <br /> <br />modification as to water used during all fiscal years except <br /> <br /> <br />those specified in paragraph 1 hereof, recommencing with fiscal <br /> <br />year 1989-1990. <br /> <br /> <br />3. This resolution shall become effective upon adoption of <br /> <br /> <br />resolutions of like tenor by each of the 25 other water <br /> <br />purchasers similarly affected by the provisions of Section <br /> <br /> <br />7.02(b) of the Master Agreement on or before September 30, 1988; <br /> <br /> <br />provided, however, that if by said date 13 of said purchasers <br /> <br /> <br />have approved such resolutions, the time for all such purchasers <br /> <br />to approve such resolutions shall be extended to October 31, <br /> <br />1988. If each and all of the other such 25 water purchasers have <br /> <br />not adopted a resolution of like tenor by September 30, 1988 or, <br /> <br /> <br />by October 31, 1988 as provided above, then this resolution shall <br /> <br />be of no further force or effect and the provisions of Section <br /> <br />7.02(b) of the Master Agreement shall apply to water used during <br /> <br />fiscal years 1987-1988 and 1988-1989 in accordance with the terms <br /> <br /> <br />of the Master Agreement. <br /> <br /> <br />4. If the 25 other purchasers of water similarly situated <br /> <br /> <br />adopt resolutions suspending the operation of Section 7.02(b) of <br /> <br /> <br />the Master Agreement as to water used during fiscal year <br /> <br />3 <br />
