<br />DAS:~- 9/2/88 (#23/013) <br />SEP 1 2 1988 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />10906 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT WITH THE CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF <br />TRANSPORTATION FOR FUNDING OF SHUTTLE SERVICES FOR THE <br />PENINSULA COMMUTE SERVICE <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled "Agreement for the Purpose <br /> <br />of Transferring Funds to Cal trans for Shuttle Services for the <br /> <br />Peninsula Corrunute Service" (form dated 9/2/88), by and between <br /> <br />the City of Redwood City and the California Department of <br /> <br />Transportation, a copy of which agreement is on file in the <br /> <br />office of the City Clerk, and to which copy reference is hereby <br /> <br />made for full particulars hereof, is hereby approved, and the <br /> <br />Ci ty Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute said <br /> <br />agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />10906 <br />
