The last, final edits include <br />incorporating city council comments and additional staff-recommended text related to the San <br />Mateo County ALUP and the Downtown Precise Plan. <br /> <br />Per my 1/17/08 email to you, I estimate final plan revisions require approximately 2.5 principal <br />hours for text, editing, and final document review, and 2 project assistant hours for document <br />re-formatting. Cost for these additional services are estimated at $472.50. Total cost for precise <br />plan services would be $23,224. <br /> <br />Thank you for considering this work scope amendment.
