ORIGINAL <br />AGREEMENT <br />LEASE AGREEMENT — COMMUNICATION SITE <br />(EMERALD LAKE HILLS WATER TANK PROPERTY) <br />THIS LEASE ("Lease"), dated /4��1�E/✓J6£�P,L, 2006 is made by and between <br />the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a municipal corporation of the State of California <br />Ns: X iCi C� <br />("Lessor") and (�tL�l rvt fi .n/L a j�,L /f GU/kr C /v/��pfvl%rZ�("Lessee"). <br />RECITALS <br />WHEREAS, Lessor is the owner of certain property situated in San Mateo <br />County, State of California, described in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and incorporated <br />by reference (the "Emerald Lake Hills Water Tank Property"); and <br />WHEREAS, Lessee is a t i oni organized under the laws of the State <br />of�� +� whose principal business is to provide mobile radio/telephone <br />service; and <br />WHEREAS, Lessee desires to use a portion of that certain Emerald Lake Hills <br />Water Tank Property, as described in "B", attached hereto and incorporated by reference <br />(the "Leased Premises"); and <br />WHEREAS, Lessor is willing to permit Lessee to lease the Leased Premises in <br />accordance with the terms, conditions and covenants of this Lease. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PARTIES AGREE AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. PREMISES.
