Million Dollars ($1,000,000.00) per accident or disease. Prior to commencement of the <br />term of the Lease, Lessee shall deliver to Lessor a Certificate of Insurance which shall <br />stipulate that thirty (30) days advance written notice of cancellation or material change <br />shall be given to Lessor. <br />(b) Bodily Injury, Death and Provertv Damage Liability Insurance. <br />Lessee shall also procure and maintain at all times during the term of this Lease, and any <br />holdover tenancy thereof, comprehensive broad form General Public Liability Insurance <br />(including automobile operation) covering Lessee for any liability arising out of the use <br />of, or occurring in, on, or about the Leased Premises. The policy(ies) shall include <br />coverage for all vehicles, licensed or unlicensed, on or off the Leased Premises, used by <br />or on behalf of Lessee during the term of this Lease or holdover tenancy thereof. The <br />policy(ies) shall be subject to a limit for each occurrence of THREE MILLION and <br />00/100 DOLLARS ($3,000,000.00) naming as an additional insured, in connection with <br />Lessee's activities, Lessor, its councilmembers, officers, employees and agents. <br />Inclusion of Lessor as an additional insured shall not in any way affect its right as <br />respects to any claim, demand, suit or judgment made, brought or recovered against <br />Lessee. <br />Concurrently with the execution of this Lease, Lessee shall furnish Lessor with <br />certificates and declaration pages of the insurance required hereunder and, with respect to <br />evidence of commercial general liability and automobile liability insurance coverage, <br />original endorsements: <br />LeaseAgreement-CommunicationsSite-02/02/06 SITE #599A 14 <br />
