EXHIBIT B <br />DESCRIPTION OF PREMISES <br />To the Agreement dated <br />REDWOOD CITY, as Lessor, and <br />2006 by and between CITY OF <br />, as Lessee. <br />The Leased Premises are described and/or depicted as follows: <br />The Land referred to is situated in the State of California, County of San <br />Mateo, City of Redwood City and is described as follows: <br />Portion of Lots 6 through 16, inclusive, and a portion of Lot 5 in Block <br />605, as shown on that certain map entitled "HIGHLANDS OF THE <br />EMERALD LAKE SUBDIVISION SIX", filed in the office of the County <br />Recorder of San Mateo County, State of California, on May 4, 1927 in <br />Book 15 of Maps at page(s) 64 to 66. Portion of Lot 5 in Block 605 being <br />further described as follows: <br />Commencing at the Northwestern corner of said Lot 13 (15 M 64) thence <br />North 29° 02' 46" West, 37.54 feet, more or less, to a brass disk set in a <br />granite monument stamped US -ED; thence from said brass disk South 00° <br />18' 56" West, 22.75 feet to the Point of Beginning, said point also being <br />the North corner of the Leased Premises; thence from said Point of <br />Beginning South 460 05' 00" East, 35.00 feet; thence South 43° 55' 00" <br />West, 20.00 feet; thence North 460 05' 00" West, 35.00 feet; thence North <br />430 55' 00" East, 20.00 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING. <br />Together with a utility easement to serve the Leased Premises. <br />Together with an ingress and egress easement necessary to serve the <br />Leased Premises from California Way along the existing driveway to the <br />Leased Premises. <br />Site Name and Number: Emerald Hills, 599A <br />Site Address: 500 California Way, Redwood City <br />Notes: <br />1. This Exhibit may be replaced by a land survey of the Premises once it is received <br />by Lessee. <br />2.
