Association's fiscal year, that includE~s all of the following <br />information about each policy: <br /> <br /> (A) ~he name of the insurer; <br /> (B) The type of insurance; <br /> (C) The policy limits of the insurance; <br /> ~=~ ... amount of deductibles, if al , <br /> <br /> (2!) The Association shall, as soon as reasonably practicat~ <br />notify its members by first-class mail if any of the policies <br />described in paragraph (1) have lapsed, bccn canceled, and are not <br />immediatel~y renewed, restored, or replanted, or if there is a <br />significant change, su~% as a reduction inicoverage or limits or an <br />increase ~n the deductible, for any of =hose policies. If the <br />Association receives any notice of nonrene~l of a policy described <br />in parRgraph (1), the notice of nonrenewal of a policy described in <br />paragraph ~(I), the Association shall immediately notify its member <br />if replacement coverage will not be in effect by the date the <br />existing coverage will lapse. <br /> <br /> (3) To t~e extent that any of the i! for~tion required to be <br />disclosed 'pursuant (1) is specified ir the insurance policy <br />declaration page, the Association may ~maet its obligation to <br />disclose that information by making cc~ies of that page and <br />distributing it to all of its members. <br /> <br /> (4) The s~mmary distributed pursuant to paragraph (1) shall <br />oontain, in at least 10-point boldfac type, the following <br />statement: <br /> <br /> "This summary of the Association's policies of insurance <br />provides only certain information, as required by subdivision (e) <br />of Section 1365 of the Civil Code, and shculd not be considered a <br />substitute for the complete policy terms ~nd conditions contained <br />in the actual policies of insurance. Any ~ssociation member may, <br />upon request and provision of reasons% [e notice, review the <br />Association's insurance policies and, upor request and payment of <br /> duplication charges, obtain co~ies of those policies. <br />reasonable <br />Although the Association maintains the ~policies of insurance <br />specified in this s%mTnary, the Association'~~ policies of insurance <br />may not cover your property, including personal property or, real <br />property improvements to or around your dwelling, or personal <br />injuries or other losses that occur within (r around your dwelling. <br />Even if a loss is covered, you may neverthe .ess be responsible for <br />paying all or a portion of any ded%[ctible that applies. <br />Association members should consult with the~.r individual insurance <br />broker or agent for appropriate additional/ooverage." <br /> <br /> <br />
