Coast Electric Company is hereby relieved of performance <br /> <br />under the contract for traffic signal modifications at Main <br /> <br />Street/Middlefield Road, and at Brewster Avenue/Veterans <br /> <br /> <br />Boulevard. <br /> <br />2. The bid of Rosedin Electric Inc. in the sum of One <br /> <br /> <br />Hundred Thirty One Thousand Nine Hundred Twenty-six and NO/100 <br /> <br /> <br />Dollars ($131,926.00) computed in accordance with said bidder's <br /> <br /> <br />proposal dated August 16, 1988, is hereby found and declared to be <br /> <br />the lowest responsible bid for said traffic signal modifications. <br /> <br /> <br />3. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br /> <br />enter into and execute on behalf of the City of Redwood City that <br /> <br /> <br />certain agreement entitled "Agreement Traffic Signal Modifications <br /> <br /> <br />at Main Street/Middlefield Road, and at Brewster Avenue/Veterans <br /> <br />Boulevard" by and between the City of Redwood City and Rosedin <br /> <br /> <br />Electric Inc., for the performance of said traffic signal <br /> <br />modifications in accordance with the abovementioned bid proposal, <br /> <br /> <br />a copy of which agreement is presently on file in the office of <br /> <br /> <br />the City Clerk to which reference is hereby made for the full <br /> <br /> <br />particulars concerning the terms and conditions thereof. <br /> <br />4. Any informality in the aforementioned bid of Rosedin <br /> <br /> <br />Electric Inc. is hereby waived. <br /> <br />S. Upon execution by Rosedin Electric Inc. of the contract <br /> <br />for the performance of said traffic signal modifications, the City <br /> <br /> <br />Manager is hereby authorized to execute a release or other <br /> <br /> <br />documents (in form approved by the City Attorney), if requested, <br /> <br />relieving Coast Electric Company and/or its surety from any <br />
