Heron Court hereby agrees that it will company with the <br /> <br />provisions of Section 3 of the HUD Act, the regulations set forth <br /> <br />in 24 CFR part l35 and all applicable rules and orders of the <br /> <br />U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development; and that it <br /> <br />will, to the greatest extent feasible, make available <br /> <br />opportunities for training and employment under this contract to <br /> <br />lower income residents of Redwood City. <br /> <br />12. INSURANCE. Heron Court shall at all times during this <br /> <br />agreement take out and maintain a policy of comprehensive general <br /> <br />liabili ty insurance in an amount of not less than a combined <br /> <br />single limit of $1,000,000 for personal injury (including bodily <br /> <br />injury and death) and property damage. <br /> <br />In addition to said <br /> <br />insurance, Heron Court shall file with City an endorsement naming <br /> <br />City, its Council, boards, commissions, officers, agents and <br /> <br />employees as additional insureds in regard to the aforementioned <br /> <br />insurance. <br /> <br />Such insurance and the evidence of such insurance <br /> <br />submitted to City shall: <br /> <br />(a) Provide that such insurance is primary coverage and <br />will not be affected by any other insurance carried by <br />City. Such insurance carried by City shall be <br />considered excess insurance only. <br />(b) Provide that City shall be given 30 days written notice <br />before a change in such coverage or cancellation shall <br />be effective. <br /> <br />(c) <br /> <br />Provide <br />interest <br />pOlicy. <br /> <br />that a cross-liability or <br />provision is contained in <br /> <br />severability of <br />such insurance <br /> <br />6 <br />
