<br />AUG 2 2 1988 <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />(7/15/88) <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N N O. <br /> <br />10883 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT WITH STEIN CENTER OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Stein Center of Redwood City has been established for the <br /> <br />principal purpose of providing support services to children suffering <br /> <br />from terminal illness and their families in Redwood City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Stein Center of Redwood City, California, has <br /> <br />requested financial assistance for use by it in conducting its <br /> <br />activities during the fiscal year commencing July 1, 1988 and ending <br /> <br />June 30, 1989; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City has reviewed said requests and <br /> <br />desires to pay to Stein Center of Redwood City, the sum of ONE-THOUSAND <br /> <br />FIVE-HUNDRED AND NO/lOa DOLLARS ($1,500.00) and; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Council for approval an <br /> <br />agreement between the City of Redwood City and the Stein Center of <br /> <br />Redwood City, and it is the intention and desire of this Council to <br /> <br />approve the same; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS <br /> <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />10883 <br />
