<br />ORIGINAL <br />AUG 2 2 1988 <br /> <br />(7-15-88) <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />10878 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT WITH THE CHILD CARE COORDINATING COUNCIL OF SAN MATEO COUNTY <br />IN COOPERATION WITH THE REDWOOD CITY CONSORTIUM FOR SCHOOL-AGE CHILD CARE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Redwood City Consortium for School-Age Child Care was <br /> <br />established for the initial purpose of dealing with the problems and <br /> <br />needs of latchkey children ages five to fourteen years and a long term <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Child Care Coordinating Council of San Mateo in cooperation <br /> <br />with the Redwood City Consortium for School-Age Child Care has requested <br /> <br />financial assistance for use by it in conducting its activities during the <br /> <br />fiscal year commencing July 1, 1988 and ending June 30, 1988, and; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City has reviewed said requests and <br /> <br />desires to pay to Child Care Coordinating Council of San Mateo in <br /> <br />Cooperation with The Redwood City Consortium for School-Age Child <br /> <br />Care, the sum of FIFTEEN THOUSAND AND NO/lOa DOLLARS ($15,000.00) and; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Council for approval an <br /> <br />agreement between the City of Redwood City and the Child Care Coordinating <br /> <br />Council of San Mateo in cooperation with the Redwood City Consortium for <br /> <br />School-Age Child Care, and it is the intention and desire of this Council <br /> <br />to approve the same; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS <br /> <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />10878 <br />
