TEXEIRA <br /> <br />Re: <br /> <br />BACK ON TRACK FUN RUN <br /> <br />';' <br /> <br />'I'his letter will serve as your permission to conduct the "FUN RUN" in <br />the City of Redwood City, subject to and in accordance with the terms~nd <br />conditions herein. This permit is issued pursuant to Minute Order No. * <br />made and entered * by the Council of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />The permission herein is granted to SEQUOIA YMCA (hereinafter, for <br />convenience, called "Permittee"). This permit is subject to the following <br />terms and conditions: <br /> <br />1. NAME OF EVENT. The "FUN RUN" shall be sponsored and conducted <br />by Permittee. <br /> <br />2. Revocation. This permit may be revoked at any time witnout <br />cause by the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />3. Nontransferability. This permit is nontransferable. <br /> <br />4. Location. The activities herein permitted shall be conducted <br />*STATE ROUTE OR REFER TO ATTACHED MAP AS EXHIBIT A,B,C ETC <br /> <br />5. Dates, Time. The "FUN RUN" shall be conducted on SUNDAY AUGUST <br />28, 1988. The run shall begin at 8:30 a.m. and conclude by 10:30 am. <br /> <br />6. Course Control. Those portions of the "FUN RUN" taking place <br />in the public rights-of-way shall occur in a manner and shall be limited <br />to that area designated by the Chief of Police. Should the Chief of <br />Police determine that the provision of Police Officers is required for the <br />control of traffic in connection with said "FUN RUN", Permittee agrees to <br />reimburse City for costs associated therewith. <br /> <br />,. <br />
