This permit is issued pursuant to Minute Order No. <br />* made and entered * by the Council of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />The permission herein is granted to BIG BROTHERS/SISTERS (hereinafter, for <br />convenience, called "Permittee"). This permit is subject to the following__ <br />terms and conditions: <br /> <br />1. NAME OF EVENT. The BIATHLON shall be sponsored and conducted by <br />Permittee. <br /> <br />2. Revocation; This permit may be revoked at any time without <br />cause by the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />3. Nontransferability. This permit is nontransferable. <br /> <br />4. Location. The activities herein permitted shall be conducted <br />PER YOUR LETTER AND MAP (ATTACHED). <br /> <br />. _:.. <br /> <br />5. Dates, Time. The BIATHLON shall be conducted on SUNDAY <br />AUGUST 21, 1988 BEGINNING AT 8:30 AM AND ENDING AT 12:00 noon. <br /> <br />.. <br />.... <br /> <br />6. Course Control. Those portions of the BIATHLON taking place <br />in the public rights-of-way shall occur in a manner and shall be limited <br />to that area designated by the Chief of Police. Should the Chief of <br />Police determine that the provision of Police Officers is required for the <br />control of traffic in connection with said BIATHLON, Permittee agrees to <br />reimburse City for costs associated therewith. <br /> <br />- <br /> <br />,. <br />
