Taylor <br />973 Chesterton Avenue <br />Redwood City CA 94061 <br /> <br />Re: <br /> <br />Mid-Peninsula Corvette Car Show <br /> <br />Dear Sirs: <br /> <br />This letter will serve as your permission to conduct the Mid-Peninsula <br />Corvette Car Show in the City of Redwood City, subject to and in <br />accordance with the terms and conditions herein. This permit is issued <br />pursuant to Minute Order No. * made and entered * by the Council of the <br />City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />The permission herein is granted to Mid-Peninsula Corvette Club <br />(hereinafter, for convenience, called "Permittee"). This permit is <br />subject to the following terms and conditions: <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />1. Name of Event. The Mid-Peninsula Corvette Car Show shall be <br />sponsored and conducted by Permittee. <br /> <br />2. Revocation. This permit may be revoked at any time without <br />cause by the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />3. Nontransferability. This permit is nontransferable. <br /> <br />4. Location. The activities herein permitted shall be conducted <br />in downtown Redwood City. Refer to attached map. <br /> <br />5. Dates, Time. The Corvette Car Show shall be conducted on <br />Saturday August 6, 1988 from 6:00 am to 5:00 pm. <br /> <br />6. Course Control. Those portions of the Corvette ~ar Show taking <br />place in the public rights-of-way shall occur in a manner and shall be <br />limited to that area designated by the Chief of Police. Should the Chief <br />of Police determine that the provision of Police Officers is required for <br />the control of traffic in connection with said Corvette Car Show, <br />Permittee agrees to reimburse City for costs associated therewith. <br /> <br />'". <br />
