Those certain plans entitled "Fox Hollow Subdivision <br /> <br />Improvement Plans" and those certain specifications entitled <br /> <br />"Technical Specifications for Site Improvements, Fox Hollow", <br /> <br />which plans and specifications are now on file in the office of <br /> <br />the City Engineer are hereby approved and adopted as the plans <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />specifications <br /> <br />according <br /> <br />to which <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />abovementioned <br /> <br />improvements shall be constructed; and <br /> <br />3. That certain proposed agreement between the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City and said Owners, entitled "Agreement for the <br /> <br />Improvement of Fox Hollow Subdivision", and that certain proposed <br /> <br />agreement between the City of Redwood City, the County of San <br /> <br />Mateo the Emerald Lake Heights Sewer Maintenance District and <br /> <br />said Owners, entitled "Agreement", copies of which are on file in <br /> <br />the office of the City Clerk and to which reference is hereby <br /> <br />made for the full particulars thereof, are hereby approved and <br /> <br />the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute <br /> <br />said agreements on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />3 <br />
