<br />DAS~bjl <br />SW( ) j I <br /> <br />06/22/88 <br />06/27/88R <br /> <br />(#22) <br />JUN 2 7 1988 <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />10815 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING FINAL MAP FOR THE <br />LAKESHORE TOWNHOMES UNIT NO. 1 SUBDIVISION, REDWOOD <br />CITY, CALIFORNIA, SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS; <br />APPROVING AND ADOPTING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR <br />IMPROVEMENTS THEREOF; AND APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING <br />EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE <br />IMPROVEMENTS FOR SAID SUBDIVISION <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. That certain final map (including any dedications or <br /> <br />easements described therein) for the Lakeshore Townhomes Unit No. <br /> <br />1 Subdivision in the City of Redwood City, prepared by <br /> <br />Brian-Kangas-Foulk & Associates for Haseko <br /> <br />JDO Associates, <br /> <br />Costa Mesa, California, owner of record of said subdivision, <br /> <br />heretofore determined by the City Engineer as conforming to the <br /> <br />tentative map for said subdivision, is approved, subject to the <br /> <br />following conditions: <br /> <br />(a) Before the release of said final map by the City <br />of Redwood City ("City") for recordation, the owners or <br />subdividers (hereinafter "Owners" shall mean the owners or <br />subdividers, as specified in the application for approval of <br />the subdivision) of said subdivision shall enter into and <br />execute that certain proposed subdivision agreement on file <br />in the office of the City Clerk, entitled "Agreement for <br />Improvements to Lakeshore Townhomes Unit No. 1 Subdivision" <br />wherein Owners, in consideration of the approval of said map <br />by City, shall agree to construct and complete in the time <br />specified in said agreement, all improvements required of <br />Owners under the provisions of Chapter 30 of the Code of the <br />City of Redwood City, being the subdivision regulations of <br />said City, and such other improvements designated or <br />mentioned in said agreement. <br /> <br />(b) Before the release of said final map by City for <br />recordation, the Owners shall furnish to City and file with <br />the City Clerk a good and sufficient security in a form <br />subject to the approval of the City Attorney, securing the <br /> <br />10815 <br />
