<br />SWC:bjJ 06/16/88 (#22) <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />10810 <br /> <br />JUN 2'01988 <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING FINAL MAP FOR THE <br />HARBOR COLONY SUBDIVISION, REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA, <br />SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS; APPROVING AND ADOPTING <br />PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENTS THEREOF; <br />AND APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT <br />FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE IMPROVEMENTS FOR SAID <br />SUBDIVISION AND PAYMENT OF FACILITIES FEES <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. That certain final map (including any dedications or <br /> <br />easements described therein) for the Harbor Colony Subdivision in <br /> <br />the City of Redwood City, prepared by Nowack and Associates, Inc. <br /> <br />for Pan-Cal Investment Company, Inc., San Jose, California, owner <br /> <br />of record of said subdivision, heretofore determined by the City <br /> <br />Engineer as conforming to the tentative map for said subdivision, <br /> <br />is approved, subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />(a) Before the release of said final map by the City <br />of Redwood City ("City") for recordation, the owners or <br />subdividers (hereinafter "Owners" shall mean the owners or <br />subdividers, as specified in the application for approval of <br />the subdivision) of said subdivision shall enter into and <br />execute that certain proposed subdivision agreement on file <br />in the office of the City Clerk, entitled "Agreement for <br />Improvements to Harbor Colony Subdivision and for Payment of <br />Facili ties Fees" wherein Owners, in consideration of the <br />approval of said map by City, shall agree to construct and <br />complete in the time specified in said agreement, all <br />improvements required of Owners under the provisions of <br />Chapter 30 of the Code of the City of Redwood City, being <br />the subdivision regulations of said City, and such other <br />improvements designated or mentioned in said agreement. <br /> <br />(b) Before the release of said final map by City for <br />recordation, the Owners shall furnish to City and file with <br />the City Clerk a good and sufficient security in a form <br />subject to the approval of the City Attorney, securing the <br />faithful performance of said Owners of all work and <br />construction of all improvements designated or mentioned in <br /> <br />10810 <br />
