<br />fWC:djk 5/19/88 (#19) <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />10800 <br /> <br />MAY 2 3 1988 <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING SUBMITTAL DATE FOR PROPOSED <br />BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 1988-89, SETTING TIME AND PLACE <br />FOR HEARING THEREON, AND ESTABLISHING DATE OF ADOPTION <br />OF THE FINAL BUDGET FOR SAID FISCAL YEAR <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 51 of the Charter <br /> <br />of the City of Redwood City, June 20, 1988, is hereby established <br /> <br />as the date upon which the proposed budget for 1988-89 fiscal <br /> <br />year shall be submitted to this Council by the City Manager. <br /> <br />2. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 51.5 of the <br /> <br />Charter of the City of Redwood City, July 25, 1988, at 7:30 <br /> <br />o'clock P.M., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, <br /> <br />at the Board of Supervisors Chambers, Hall of Justice and <br /> <br />Records, Redwood City, California, is hereby set as the time and <br /> <br />place for public hearing on the budget for fiscal year 1988-89; <br />said date is hereby established as the date of introduction for <br /> <br />the ordinance adopting said budget; and August 8, 1988, is hereby <br /> <br />established as the date of final adoption of said ordinance. <br /> <br />3. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />cause notice to be published of the availability for inspection <br />of copies of the proposed budget, and stating the time and place <br /> <br />at which the Council will hold a public hearing thereon in <br /> <br />accordance with Section 51.5 of the Charter of the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />10800 <br />
