<br />SWC.ojl <br />SWl Jj I <br /> <br />5/13/88 (#22) <br />5/19/88R <br /> <br />aforesaid mutual consent, and this Council desires to approve and <br /> <br />authorize execution thereof; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. That certain agreement entitled "Second Addendum to <br /> <br />Agreement - Shoreway Road Modification" (form dated 5/19/88R), a <br /> <br />copy of which agreement is attached hereto, marked Exhibit "J", <br /> <br />and incorporated herein by this reference, is hereby approved and <br /> <br />the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />execute said agreement substantially in the form of Exhibit "J" <br /> <br />for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />2.
