Pursuant to the provisions of paragraph 6 of the <br /> <br />Agreement the parties hereto hereby consent to the realignment of <br /> <br />Shoreway Road and the extension of Centrum Plaza Drive <br /> <br />substantially conforming to the configuration shown on Exhibit <br /> <br />"A-I" hereof, attached hereto and by this reference incorporated <br /> <br />herein. <br /> <br />2.
