<br />DES: (I' '':. 0 4 / 2 9 / 8 8 <br /> <br />(#21) <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> <br />That certain agreement by and between the City of Redwood <br /> <br /> <br />City, a municipal corporation of the State of California and the <br /> <br /> <br />San Francisco Forty Niners, a limited partnership, entitled <br /> <br />"Termination of Lease, Compromise and Settlement Agreement" (form <br /> <br />dated 4/19/88), providing for the termination of the lease and <br /> <br /> <br />for the resolution of outstanding controversies described <br /> <br /> <br />therein, a copy of which agreement is on file in the office of <br /> <br />the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for the <br /> <br /> <br />full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the City <br /> <br /> <br />Manager and the City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute, and <br /> <br />to attest thereto, respectively, said agreement for and on behalf <br /> <br /> <br />of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />2 <br />
