2. This Council hereby appoints the Finance Director of the City of <br />Redwood City to act as CustodianFrrustee for the City of Redwood City's <br />Deferred Compensation Plan and Trust adopted hereby for the exclusive <br />purpose of providing benefits to the participants and their beneficiaries pursuant <br />to said Plan and Trust. <br /> <br /> 3. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to transmit certified <br />copies of this Resolution to all Deferred Compensation Plan Administrators <br />heretofore appointed, viz., Aetna Retirement Services, International City <br />Manager's Association Retirement Corporation, Fund Select in cooperation with <br />Washington Mutual Bank and the Public Employees Retirement System <br />["PERS"] 457 Program. <br /> <br /> 4.
