<br />DAS!bjl 4/21/88 (#22) <br /> <br />APR 2 5 1988 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />No.10778 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT FOR MAP REVIEW AND PLAN CHECKING SERVICES <br />FOR THE BRIDGEPORT SUBDIVISION PROJECT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires expert map review <br /> <br />and plan checking services for the Bridgeport Subdivision <br /> <br />Project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />KCA <br /> <br />Engineers, <br /> <br />Inc. , <br /> <br />Consulting <br /> <br />Engineers, <br /> <br />represents that it is qualified to furnish such expert map review <br /> <br />and plan checking services; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to and reviewed by this <br /> <br />Council an agreement for the furnishing of such services by KCA <br /> <br />Engineers, Inc., and this Council desires to approve and <br /> <br />authorize its execution for and on behalf of the City; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled "Map Review and Plan <br /> <br />Checking Services Bridgeport Subdivision Project" (form dated <br /> <br />4/21/88) by and between the City of Redwood City, a municipal <br /> <br />corporation of the State of California and KCA Engineers, Inc., <br /> <br />providing for the furnishing of expert map review and plan <br /> <br />checking services with respect to the Bridgeport Subdivision <br /> <br />Project, a copy of which agreement is on file in the office of <br /> <br />the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for the <br /> <br />full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the City <br /> <br />Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute said <br /> <br />agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />10778 <br />
