FOR PREPARATION OF AN ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br />REPORT (ROADWAY IMPROVEMENTS ADJACENT TO THE <br />BAYSHORE FREEWAY) <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled "Agreement for Preparation <br /> <br />of an Environmental Impact Report <br /> <br />(Roadway Improvements <br /> <br />Adjacent to the Bayshore Freeway)" (form dated 3/28/88), by and <br /> <br />between the City of Redwood City and Western Ecological Services <br /> <br />Company, Inc., a copy of which agreement is on file in the office <br /> <br />of the City Clerk, and to which copy reference is hereby made for <br /> <br />full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the City <br /> <br />Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute said <br /> <br />agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />10757 <br />
