<br />DAS.bjl 3/23/88 (#22) <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N Q. 1 0 749 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />MAR 2 8 1988 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE <br />CONSTRUCTION OF SITE AND LIGHTING IMPROVEMENTS AT <br />HOOVER SCHOOL PARK; AND AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO CALL <br />FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Council certain <br /> <br />plans and specifications for the construction of site and <br /> <br />lighting improvements at Hoover School Park; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval <br /> <br />thereof and authorize the City Clerk to call for bids for said <br /> <br />construction; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Those certain documents entitled "Contract Doucuments <br /> <br />and Specifications for Site and Lighting Improvements at Hoover <br /> <br />School Park, City of Redwood City, California ", prepared by <br /> <br />Singer and Hodges, Inc. of Oakland, California and on file in the <br /> <br />office of the City Clerk, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />call <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />bids <br /> <br />as <br /> <br />called <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />in <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />above-mentioned <br /> <br />specifications. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />10749.' <br />
