<br />SWC:djk 03/24/88 (#36) <br /> <br />"Exhibit A" <br /> <br />GRANT OF REVOCABLE ENCROACHMENT PE~1IT - STORM DRAIN IMPROVEMENTS <br />SHANNON WAY PLAYGROUND <br /> <br />Pursuant to the provisions of Resolution No. <br /> <br />of the <br /> <br />Council of the City of Redwood City, adopted <br /> <br />, 1988, <br /> <br />permission is hereby granted to R. S. LTD. (hereinafter referred <br /> <br />to as "Permittee"), for the sole purpose of constructing and <br /> <br />maintaining storm drain improvements on a portion of the future <br /> <br />Shannon Way Playground, located at Shannon Way and Davit Lane <br /> <br />(hereinafter referred to as "Subject Premises"), owned by the <br /> <br />Ci ty of Redwood City (hereinafter referred to as "City"), which <br /> <br />property is more particularly described in "Exhibit A" attached <br /> <br />hereto and by this reference incorporated herein. <br /> <br />This permit is granted subj ect to the following terms and <br /> <br />conditions: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />PERMIT REVOCABLE. <br /> <br />This permit does not constitute a <br /> <br />deed, grant of easement, lease, conveyance or transfer of any <br /> <br />property interest and is revocable without cause at any time at <br /> <br />the will of the Council of the City of Redwood City, effective <br /> <br />immediately upon giving notice of such revocation to Permittee at <br /> <br />R.S. Ltd., 1888 Century Park East, Suite 350, Los Angeles, CA <br /> <br />90067. <br /> <br />2. CITY RIGHTS. City reserves the right to have unlimited <br /> <br />access to the Subject Premises or any part thereof for any <br /> <br />municipal or public purpose. <br /> <br />IMPROVEMENT COMPLIANCE. <br /> <br />All improvements necessitated <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />by the grant herein given shall be constructed in conformance <br /> <br />with all applicable laws, statutes, ordinances, rules and <br /> <br />1074tj <br />
