<br />DAS:hil 3/25/88 (#22) <br /> <br />MAR 2 8 1988 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N o. 1 0 747 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING FINAL MAP OF THE <br />MANORS CONDOMINIUMS SUBDIVISION, REDWOOD CITY, <br />CALIFORNIA, SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS; APPROVING <br />AND ADOPTING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENTS <br />THEREOF; APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE IMPROVEMENTS FOR <br />SAID SUBDIVISION <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. That certain final map (including any dedications or <br /> <br />easements <br /> <br />described <br /> <br />therein) <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />The <br /> <br />Manors <br /> <br />Condominiums <br /> <br />Subdivision in the City of Redwood City, prepared by Brian, <br /> <br />Kangas & Foulk for R.S. Ltd. of Los Angeles, California, owners <br /> <br />of record of said subdivision, heretofore determined by the City <br /> <br />Engineer as conforming to the tentative map for said subdivision, <br /> <br />is approved, subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />(a) Before the release of said final map by the City <br />of Redwood City ("City") for recordation, the owners or <br />subdividers (hereinafter "Owners" shall mean the owners or <br />subdividers, as specified in the application for approval of <br />the subdivision) of said subdivision shall enter into and <br />execute that certain proposed subdivision agreement on file <br />in the office of the City Clerk, entitled "Agreement for the <br />Improvement of The Manors Condominiums Subdivision" wherein <br />Owners, in consideration of the approval of said map by <br />Ci ty, shall agree to construct and complete in the time <br />specified in said agreement, all improvements required of <br />Owners under the provisions of Chapter 30 of the Code of the <br />City of Redwood City, being the subdivision regulations of <br />said City, and such other improvements designated or <br />mentioned in said agreement. <br /> <br />(b) Before the release of said final map by City for <br />recordation, the Owners shall furnish to City and file with <br />the City Clerk a good and sufficient security in a form <br />subject to the approval of the City Attorney, securing the <br />faithful performance of said Owners of all work and <br />construction of all improvements designated or mentioned in <br /> <br />10747 <br />
