This Resolution shall be effective days from the <br />date of its adoption (the "Effective Date"); provided, that <br />notwithstanding the rates of charge for any parking meters <br />established hereby, those rates which are in effect upon the date <br />of adoption hereof shall remain in effect until said meters have <br />been adjusted to conform with the parking meter rates hereinabove <br />set forth. <br /> <br /> 3.
