<br />permits which are or may be required for conducting said parade <br />and festival, or any activity associated therewith. <br /> <br />10. City Services. City agrees to provide those services <br />requested in Permittee's letter to the City Council dated March <br />9, 1988, in furtherance of the activities herein permitted. <br /> <br />11. Restroom Facilities. Adequate temporary restroom <br />facilities shall be provided by Permittee at no expense to the <br />City. <br /> <br />12. Additional Matters. Additional or further matters not <br />herein described or contemplated in connection with said parade <br />and festival shall not be effectuated without the prior written <br />consent of the Chief of Police. <br /> <br />13. Acceptance.
