This Council has determined that the applicant, Curtis <br />L. Bunch, has fully complied with all necessary requirements of <br />Chapter 33 of the Code of the City of Redwood City, except for <br />the obtaining of the insurance required by said Chapter 33; and <br />further determines that the applicants have the ability to comply <br />with the operating requirements of said Chapter 33. <br />3. This Council hereby amends the Certificate of Public <br />Convenience heretofore granted to the aforesaid Curtis L. Bunch, <br />dba Merit Taxi & Limousine Service to permit operation of an <br />additional three (3) taxicabs. <br />4. The City Clerk is hereby authorized to issue to Curtis <br />L. Bunch, dba Merit Taxi & Limousine Service, an additional three <br />(3) permits for taxicab operation in the City of Redwood City, <br />upon payment of the permit fee established pursuant to Resolution <br />No. 9469, adopted November 7, 1983, and upon furnishing of a <br />certificate of insurance evidencing insurance coverage in <br />compliance with the requirements of Chapter 33 of the Code of the <br />City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />2 <br />
