<br />DAS:bjl 3/2/88 (#22) <br /> <br />MAR '7 1988 <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N o. 1 0 72 3 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION VACATING A STREET EASEMENT (THAT PORTION <br />OF FULLER STREET BETWEEN ARGUELLO STREET AND WARREN <br />STREET) IN THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY IN ACCORDANCE <br />WITH PART 3 OF DIVISION 9, STREETS AND HIGHWAYS CODE <br />OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />pursuant to the provisions of Part 3 <br /> <br />(commencing at ~8300) of Division 9 of the Streets and Highways <br /> <br />Code of the State of California, the Council of the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City by its Resolution No. 10715, adopted February 1, <br /> <br />1988, declared its intention to vacate (subject to hereinafter <br /> <br />described conditions) the street easement heretofore dedicated as <br /> <br />described and depicted in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and <br /> <br />incorporated herein by reference and commonly known as that <br /> <br />portion of Fuller Street between Arguello Street and Warren <br /> <br />Street in the City of Redwood City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to said provisions of the Streets and <br /> <br />Highways Code, notice of intention to vacate the abovementioned <br /> <br />street easement has been published and posted; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing has been held and evidence <br /> <br />taken; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE: <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. The Council of the City of Redwood City finds that <br /> <br />the street easement as described and depicted in Exhibit "A" is <br /> <br />unnecessary for present or prospective public purposes and hereby <br /> <br />orders said street easement vacated at such time as the <br /> <br />10723 <br />
