<br />DAS:bjl 3/2/88 (#22) <br /> <br />EXHIBIT "B" <br /> <br />CONDITIONS FOR THE VACATION OF FULLER STREET <br />BETWEEN ARGUELLO & WARREN STREETS ("Vacated Street") <br /> <br />a. A public service easement will be retained by the City of <br />Redwood City over the Vacated Street. <br /> <br />b. The owners of Parcels 052-325-030 and 052-325-090 ("OWners") <br />will record a parcel map to create a one lot subdivision. <br /> <br />c. <br /> <br />The sanitary sewer line and the <br />services wi thin the Vacated Street <br />new services provided by the Owners <br />the City of Redwood City Engineering <br /> <br />water line including <br />shall be abandoned and <br />to the satisfaction of <br />Division. <br /> <br />d. A demolition plan shall be prepared by the Owners to the <br />satisfaction of the City of Redwood City Engineering <br />Division for the removal of all existing street improvements <br />within the Vacated Street (curbs, gutters, sidewalks, <br />pavement, etc.) and the improvements shall be removed <br />according to the approved plan. <br /> <br />e. Suitable fill material shall be imported by the OWners to <br />fill up the Vacated Street after the demolition work to <br />match existing adjacent grades. <br /> <br />f. Curb, gutter, and sidewalk shall be constructed by the <br />OWners to close the existing street openings of the Vacated <br />Street. <br /> <br />g. Bonds, insurance, plan checking and inspection fees shall be <br />deposited by the OWners for demolition and all related work <br />pursuant to said demolition plan. <br /> <br />h. <br /> <br />The OWners <br />utilities. <br /> <br />shall <br /> <br />underground <br /> <br />all <br /> <br />existing <br /> <br />overhead <br /> <br />i. The Owners shall make arrangements to have the City of <br />Redwood City's General Services Department remove the meters <br />at the Vacated Street in advance of the construction; and <br />notify the City of Redwood City Traffic Engineer at (415) <br />369-6251, extension 270 forty-eight (48) hours prior to <br />arrange the removal of the meters. <br /> <br />j. The Owners shall reimburse the City of Redwood City for <br />revenue lost by the removal of 23 parking meters on the <br />Vacated Street. <br /> <br />k. The Owners must complete any and all of the conditions <br />listed herein before March 7, 1990. <br />
