D~ ,nt 01/29/88 (#22) EXHIBIT "B" CONDITIONS FOR THE VACATION OF FULLER STREET BETWEEN ARGUELLO & WARREN STREETS ("Vacated Street") a. A Public Service Easement will be retained by the City of Redwood City over the Vacated Street. b. The owners of Parcels 052-325-030 and 052-325-090 (bwners1 will record a Parcel Map to create a one lot subdivision. c. The Sanitary sewer line and the services within the Vacated Street new services provided by the Owner the City of Redwood City Engineering water line including shall be abandoned and to the satisfaction of Division. d. A demolition plan shall be prepared by the Owner to the satisfaction of the City of Redwood City Engineering Division for the removal of all existing street improvements within the Vacated Street (curbs, gutters, sidewalks, pavement, etc.) and the improvements shall be removed according to the approved plan. e. Suitable fill material shall be imported by the Owner to fill up the Vacated Street after the demolition work to match existing adjacent grades. f. Curb, gutter, and sidewalk shall be constructed by the Owner to close the existing street openings of the Vacated Street to Arguello and Warren Streets. g. Bonds, insurance, plan checking and inspection fees shall be deposited by the Owners for demolition and all related work pursuant to said demolition plan. h. The Owner shall underground all existing overhead utilities. i. The Owner shall make arrangements to have the City of Redwood City's General Services Department remove the meters at the Vacated Street in advance of the construction; ,7f1i Notify the City of Redwood City Traffic Engineer at (415) 369-6251, extension 270 forty-eight (48) hours prior to arrange the removal of the meters.
