A copy <br />of the scope of work is available for review in the City Clerk's Office. <br /> <br />The firm will utilize existing traffic and parking studies to assist them in their analysis that <br />should help to keep EIR costs down. <br /> <br />Alternatives <br />1. Not approve the agreement, and therefore not proceed with the Environmental Impact <br /> Reports for the projects. If this .alternative is selected, then there would have to be <br /> individual EIRs for each project, adding a tremendous amount of time and cost to these <br /> projects. <br /> <br />Fiscal Impact <br />The funds will be appropriated from the Redevelopment budget.
