2. If offered such a grant, the City Manager of the City of Redwood <br /> <br /> City shall accept the grant and sign any documents for <br /> administration of the grant funds, designate Whitney Knueppel, <br /> Project Manager, as the City of Redwood City's contact person to <br /> work with City Trees to develop a work plan for the project, and the <br /> City of Redwood City, Finance Department to submit invoices to <br /> the Department of Water Resources for activities carried out under <br /> the work plan for the grant contract. <br /> <br /> 3.
